The SunGod Lifetime Guarantee doesn't cover:

• Lens scratches

• Lost or stolen SunGods

• Intentional damage

Why lens scratches aren't covered

Lens scratches aren't covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee because no lens can be made completely scratch-proof. Our lenses are scratch-resistant, but sharp or rough objects can still scratch them. Replacement lenses are available for most SunGods; see Does the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee cover lens scratches?

Exceptions and limits

• Lost Ear Socks: lost or loose Ear Socks on Pace Series sunglasses are replaced under the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee, even though lost products usually aren't covered.

• Lost Icons: lost Icons, or Icons that have fallen off, are replaced under the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee, even though lost products usually aren't covered.

• Limited Edition products: Limited Edition SunGods are covered, but broken parts are replaced with the closest standard part, not a Limited Edition one.

• Discontinued products: discontinued SunGods are covered. If we no longer have parts, we replace them with the most similar current product.
