Great staff, but was out of stock and took delivery a week or so later than expected! Not a train smash and perhaps a learn to manage ecpectations at point of sale. Am happy!

Please be warned that glasses cannot be returned. This information isn’t given at the point of sale. The glasses are really uncomfortable on me and the huge nose piece makes me feel cross eyed when wearing. I have worn glasses for many years and never experienced before. I have wasted £200.
Not great…
My recent sunglasses purchase was a mixed experience. While I was initially impressed with the style and design options available, the buying process was frustrating. The sunglasses themselves are of great quality, and the design is exactly what I was looking for. The specific lenses I wanted were available during the selection process, which made me excited to finalize the purchase. Despite being informed that the lenses were in stock at the time of purchase, I was later notified they were unavailable. I agreed to wait since I wanted those specific lenses, but they ended up arriving four weeks later than the revised delivery date. Communication throughout the process could have been better. Overall, while I’m happy with the product now that it has arrived, the delays and lack of clear updates made the experience less enjoyable. I’d recommend the product, but the service could definitely improve.
no sign of the copleted googles . The whole idea was I am skiing in the new year and I needed the googles . Very frustrating I cant speak to anybody by telephone . I will be out of the country tomorrow back on the 21st
I was in extended correspondence with Lexy agreeing I send in my old Sungod frames you would install the new lenses we had agreed on . Lexy told me the only way this could be done was for me to buy the lens online and she would install them . She acknowledged she had recieved my frames in the post and confirmed my lens purchase . Decent sunglasses
I bought these to replace a old set of Raybans and like the quality but not a patch on my wayfarers.
Untrustworthy brand
The product is flimsy, and I can see that I chose I prism lense yet received a normal lense. I also ended up paying a delivery fee by the courier even though it said free delivery

Disappointing
The Vulcans are very overpriced for the build quality. Especially when compared to Oakley, 100% etc. They don’t even supply a proper case or clear replacement lense like any other brand does. Overall disappointing for the price.
