Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback! All SunGods are delivered inside a microfibre pouch in a recycled Black Cardboard Display Box with a magnetic seal. We try to show this clearly in our 'what's in the box' section on the product page. Capsule Cases are available for an additional cost here. but given the lifetime guarantee that covers our products and their total durability, we feel that a Capsule Case is an optional extra and not something we feel is required as standard alongside the microfibre pouch which is provided as standard. I hope this helps to explain!
