Lost or loose Ear Socks on Pace Series sunglasses are replaced under the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee. Lost items usually aren't covered by the guarantee, but Ear Socks and Icons are exceptions.

Can I glue a loose Ear Sock back on?

If an Ear Sock has come loose but isn't damaged, you can glue it back on yourself. Add a very small drop of super glue to the tip of the arm, then gently slide the Ear Sock back on. If the Ear Sock is damaged or lost, claim a replacement instead.

How to get replacement Ear Socks

1. Fill in our Return Authorisation Form with your SG- order number.

2. In the box asking you to describe the issue, tell us which colour Ear Socks you'd like.

Choose your Ear Sock colour when you make the claim. We can't change the colour once your replacement Ear Socks have been sent.
