2. Follow the steps on the form to submit your request.

3. Don't forget to let us know which style, frame, lens, icons, and ear socks (if applicable) you would like in exchange by including this information in the box asking for a description of the issue. Our team will take care of the rest! 😊 Upon approval, you will receive return shipping instructions and further steps to complete the exchange process.

4. Await approval of the return request before sending your item back.

5. Once approved, ship your product back tusing the shipping label provided.
