Our website automatically sets your country based on your location, so you should not worry about setting currency. The website being set correctly helps us get your products to you quickly with minimal customs formalities. If the automatic settings are incorrect, you can manually change your location (and language, if needed) at the top or bottom of any webpage.

Do your prices include sales tax?

Our website prices include sales tax for UK, EU and US customers. If you are shipping to one of these countries there will be no further sales tax, import tax or import duties - the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

We ship most products from our UK warehouse, so there will never be unexpected charges for UK customers. If you have been charged additional fees on an EU or US order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

If you live outside the UK, EU or US, you may be charged additional import taxes and duties at the discretion of your local government import policies. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information.
