We know you want to receive your SunGods as quickly as possible. As soon as you place your order, we get to work building and packaging it ready for dispatch from our warehouse. If you’ve ordered before 3pm (UK time) your package will ship the same day, otherwise we’ll ship it on the next business day.
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and UK national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
We’ve selected the best couriers for each country to ensure the fastest delivery times. Delivery to the UK and some parts of Europe is next working day, otherwise delivery times are generally 2-5 working days.

All SunGod orders are shipped from the UK, so orders to UK destinations will not be subject to additional import duties or taxes. All orders to EU destinations are shipped inclusive of all import duties/taxes and will not be subject to any additional charges on delivery. Order destinations outside the UK or EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Usually, the value of your order will be below any import thresholds and no additional charges will apply, however, this is at the discretion of your local government import policies. If duties or taxes do apply they must be rendered by yourself in order for your package to be delivered. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information.
Due to the custom nature of our products and each product being made-to-order from individual customer designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Limited Edition and Signature Series products are exempt from this policy if they are returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. The SunGod Lifetime Guarantee covers all SunGod products in case of Manufacturer's Defects and Accidental Breakage. If your SunGods break (or you break them), we will repair them free of charge. Simple.
Why do we offer such a generous Guarantee? Because we know that repairing products is better for the environment (and your bank balance) than replacing them. Keeping your gear in play is better than throwing it away.
Please start the process by submitting a Guarantee Claim using our Return Authorisation Form. As soon as we've received your claim we'll review it and get back to you within 2 working days.
To submit a claim you will need to have your original order number, and also photos of the issue that can be uploaded so our team can review your case and take the necessary actions to rectify the problem. We've done everything we can to make our market-leading lenses scratch-resistant but unfortunately, it's just not possible to make scratch-proof lenses. For this reason, we provide lens care instructions and a Microfibre pouch that is made from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles and is designed to be incredibly soft allowing it to both protect and clean your SunGods.

Your SunGods Lenses are made from ultra-durable materials, but a little extra care will ensure they last even longer.
SunGod lenses are scratch-resistant, not scratchproof. To help maintain the optical clarity of your lenses, we recommend always transporting and storing your SunGods in the 100% microfibre pouch provided.
Never place your SunGod lenses down on hard or abrasive surfaces, or leave unprotected in your pocket or bag where sharp objects may cause lens damage.
SunGod lenses should only be cleaned with the provided 100% microfibre pouch. Regular cleaning will help to extend the life of your lenses.
SunGod lenses are salt water safe, but prolonged exposure may over time damage the coating on your lenses. Always rinse thoroughly with fresh warm water after exposure to salt water, sun cream or sweat.
With the right level of care your lenses should stay looking perfect - and performing perfectly - for many years. However if you do wish to replace your lenses, replacement Lens Kits are available here.
