Anya Culling ‘Mile After Mile’ Marathon Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is promoted by SunGod Ltd and Anya Culling (together The Promoters) and is a contest with no purchase necessary. Any entrants to this competition will be known as the Participant(s).

By entering this contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All information and data collected from Participant(s) will be stored securely and will never be shared with any third party or online.

The competition is open to those aged 18 and over, with one entry submitted through the online form per Participant(s). Entrants will be required to submit their date of birth to verify their age. This will be used internally at SunGod and will never be shared with any third party or online.

Current and former employees of The Promoters, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are ineligible for the competition.

The competition will open at 2359 GMT on 13th December 2024 and will close at 2359 GMT on 17th January 2025. Only entries received in this time will be considered.

* This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.

* Participants are fully responsible for adhering to their relevant national and regional laws and regulations around entering competitions, as well as for any taxes that may arise from their winnings as a result of their local laws. Please contact your local authorities for further information.

Entry requirements:

• You must live in the UK.

• You must already have a confirmed place in the 2025 TCS London Marathon.

• You must be available to start training from Saturday 1st February 2025.

• You must be willing to have your training journey documented through photo and video, to be shared on both SunGod and Anya Culling’s social media channels.

• You must be willing to self-record and document your training journey through photo and video at least once every fortnight.

• You must be willing to have your London Marathon race day documented through photo and video, to be shared on both SunGod and Anya Culling’s social media channels.

There will be four (4) Winners selected from all valid entries. They will each be contacted via the email and/or telephone number provided before 23rd January 2025. The Winners will be required to attend the Winners Announcement Evening on 23rd January 2025. If the Winners are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control, then the Promoters reserve the right to award the prize to another Participant from all and eligible entries received.

* The prize (per Winner):

• Several one-to-one training sessions with Anya Culling in the lead up to the TCS London Marathon. Quantity to be decided between Winner and Anya Culling. 

• A 12-week training program personally tailored to each winner.

• Training support from Anya Culling.

* Winners will be required to share their postal address for postage of product.

* The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. The Promoters’ decision is final and binding in all respects on all Participants.

* SunGod reserves full rights to exclude any suspected fraudulent entries.

* As permitted by law, the Promoters and their affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense suffered by any Participant or the Winners in relation to the competition or prizes. The Promoters and their affiliates will also not be responsible or liable for any further expenses or fees incurred by the Winner in collecting, using or enjoying the prize won by the competition.

* The Promoters will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the Winner for reasons beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control.

* The Promoters may refuse or disqualify any participation (including winning entries) if the Participant or its proxy acts in a way towards the Promoters which the Promoters reasonably consider to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If a Winner is disqualified the Promoters reserve the right to award the prize to another Participant.

* The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the Promoters.

* By participating in the Competition, each Winner authorises the Promoters to use their comments, name, town, region and/or county in SunGod marketing communications to communicate on the organisation this Promotion and in future communications regarding the Promoters’ products without this use giving rise to any counterpart other than the prize won.
