Can I buy replacement parts for my SunGods?

SunGod doesn't sell replacement frames, arms or other parts for sunglasses. Instead, broken parts are repaired or replaced under the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee. To claim, fill in the Return Authorisation Form with your SG- order number and a photo of the problem. What if an Icon falls off my SunGods or gets lost?

If an Icon (the logo on your SunGods) falls off or gets lost, it's replaced under the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee. Fill in the Return Authorisation Form with your SG- order number.

Are SunGods bought from a retailer covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?

Yes, SunGods bought from a retailer are covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee. Register them first using our warranty registration form. You'll need your original purchase receipt.

Are SunGods I received as a gift covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?

SunGods you received as a gift are covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee. At the start of the Return Authorisation Form, choose the option to say your SunGods were a gift.

Does the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee cover prescription lenses?

Prescription SunGods, including their prescription lenses, are covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee. As with all SunGods, lens scratches aren't covered.

Can I claim on the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee outside the UK?

You can make a SunGod Lifetime Guarantee claim wherever you live. The process is the same in every country: fill in the Return Authorisation Form with your SG- order number and a photo of the problem.
