Your order number starts with SG- and is in your order confirmation email. If you can’t find it, or it isn’t working, Sol can look up every order linked to your email.

Ordered before 2025? We changed our order system in 2024, so older orders may have an old-style order number instead of an SG- one. Follow the steps below to get your SG- order number.

Here’s how:

1. Open the chat in the bottom-right corner of our website.

2. Select Lifetime Guarantee, then See order history.

3. Enter the email you ordered with.

4. Type the 6-digit code we email you into the chat (check your spam folder if it’s hiding).

5. Type show my orders.

Sol will show you every order with its order number, date and what you ordered, so you can get your Lifetime Guarantee form sorted and your SunGods back on the road.

Why the code? It keeps your order details safe by making sure the email is yours.

No orders showing up? You may have ordered with a different email. PayPal and Apple Pay sometimes use another address. Start a new chat with that email, or Sol can pass you to our team, who’ll get back to you within 1-2 working days.
