If your order is placed before 3 pm GMT Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped on the same day; otherwise, we will ship your order on the next working day.

Our warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and UK national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following working day.

We’ve selected the best couriers for each country to ensure the fastest delivery times. Localised delivery lead times can be found at checkout once your address has been entered.

❗Please note that if you've ordered a prescription product, shipping times will vary and we will require you to upload a valid prescription and pupillary distance image after purchase. Since prescription pairs are custom made in accordance your measurements, they are separately manufactured from the rest of our pairs. We aim to despatch all prescription orders within three weeks of receiving these documents. 📦
