You won't pay any import duty, import tax or customs charges on a SunGod order, wherever it's delivered. The price you see at checkout, plus shipping, is the total price you pay.

Orders delivered in the UK

SunGod prices include VAT for UK orders, and UK orders ship from the SunGod UK warehouse, so there are no extra charges when your order is delivered.

Orders delivered outside the UK

SunGod ships orders outside the UK with Global-E, which pays all customs charges for you. You won't be asked to pay import duty or tax when your order is delivered.

What if I'm asked to pay import duty or customs charges?

If a courier charges you import duty or customs charges on a SunGod order, the SunGod Customer Experience team will refund them.

1. Get in touch through the chat or at support@sungod.co and tell the SunGod Customer Experience team you've been charged import duties.

2. Send a receipt of the customs charges, with a breakdown of the charges if you have one.

3. The team will refund the charges as a partial refund on your order.
