Which delivery companies do you use?

We use fast worldwide couriers (usually DHL or DPD) to deliver almost anywhere in the world within just a few days. All orders are shipped using DPD, DHL or Evri with full tracking. Localised delivery options are offered at checkout.

Will I be charged import duty on my SunGod order?

Accepted Answer

Our website prices include all sales, duty and import taxes for UK, and EU customers. If you are shipping to one of these countries there will be no further sales tax, import tax or import duties - the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. 🙌

We ship our products from our UK warehouse, so there will never be unexpected charges for UK customers. If you have been charged additional fees on an EU order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

For countries outside the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other taxes when it arrives. We ship using Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, which means we don’t charge or collect these fees upfront.

If you live outside the UK or EU, you may be charged additional import taxes and duties at the discretion of your local government import policies. Since every country’s customs process is different, we can’t predict what these charges might be. If any extra fees do apply, you'll need to pay them for your package to clear customs.

If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office or tax authority before ordering.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you order before 3pm GMT your order will be shipped on the same day, otherwise we’ll ship your order on the next working day. Our warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and UK national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

We’ve selected the best couriers for each country to ensure the fastest delivery times. Localised delivery information is shown on the product page and checkout.

For prescription orders only, we require you to upload a valid prescription and pupillary distance image after purchase. We aim to despatch all prescription orders within three weeks of receiving these documents.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of any countries that our carriers (DHL, DPD and Royal Mail) are unable to deliver to (e.g. Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq).
