Prescription SunGods are delivered within 2–3 weeks of uploading your prescription and PD (pupillary distance). The 2–3 weeks start once both documents have been uploaded, so upload them as soon as you can after ordering.

How can I check where my prescription order is?

Once your Prescription SunGods have been despatched, you'll get a despatch email with tracking details. To check on your prescription order before then, get in touch with your order number.

Can I speed up my prescription order?

SunGod can't speed up prescription orders, because every prescription lens is made to order. Read Can you expedite the prescription process?
