Great material, great glasses. Delivery was 2 days later as said on site. This isn't a big deal, but rather have 2 days extra mentioned on-site than waiting for them to be delivered. But happy once they were there!

On our website when shipping internationally then we give an 'estimated' delivery date as orders may be delayed by the couriers or by customs. In our FAQs, we state that deliveries to Europe can take between 2-5 working days, unfortunately, once we've passed this onto the courier then this is outwith our control. I can see from your order that this was delivered to you within 5 working days of placing the order so I am sorry that you were let down by this. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
